Do you have experience working with plants?
Which Plants are you most familiar with?
Greenhouses can feel like summer even in spring 🌡️ Are you comfortable working in warm, humid conditions?
Between the petunias and the payments 🌸💳 — are you comfortable using a cash register/POS system?
Some plants need a little muscle 💪 Can you lift and move up to 20 lbs?
You’ll be on your feet helping customers and tending plants most of the day — sound okay?
Spring here gets lively — carts rolling, customers everywhere, and lots happening at once 🌷🛒 How do you feel about working in that kind of busy environment?
Plants love water… which means sometimes your shoes will too 💧 Are you okay with that?
Soil happens 😄 Are you okay getting your hands (and maybe clothes) a little dirty?
