We strive to provide our customers with superior service and products. However, we cannot guarantee the continued health of our plants once they have left our care. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or unsuccessful maintaining the health of your plants, please see the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Annual, Perennial, Tropical and Succulent plants - a 7 day grace period will be allotted with return of the plant and original receipt.
Trees and Shrubs - 1 year warranty with purchase of Myke Tree & Shrub Growth Supplement (must be on the same receipt).
Warranty is applicable if product does not survive one winter.
Animal, Environmental or Human Damage are not qualifications for warranty.
Affected Tree or Shrub must be brought back for inspection by qualified Prairie Garden Center Staff (call before you dig out any trees or shrubs from the ground to return).
No returns will be accepted during the annual sales weeks (the Monday prior to Mother's Day until Victoria Day).
Hardgood Merchandise (such as pots, tools)- 30 days, item must be returned in original packaging/condition with original receipt

Pet Policy (as of April 2023)

Prairie Garden Center will now be allowing pets into the garden center providing they are well behaved and do not cause disruption to our other customers.
​
We ask that pet owners follow these simple guidelines while in the store:
​
*ALL pets MUST be on a leash or in a pet carrier and must remain with their owners at all times.
​
*Please pick up after your pets; we understand accidents can happen but if they do, please be sure you bring supplies needed to clean it up. Should your pet cause damage to our store fixtures/products you may be asked to cover the cost of the damages/products.
​
*If your pet starts to whimper, hiss or bark; please take them outside as not to disturb other shoppers - you may ask an employee to put your cart aside so you can come back in to continue shopping
*Searle Greenhouses Ltd. cannot guarantee the safety of the garden center floor area for your pets. We do carry plants that are toxic to animals and our water system has chemicals in it so please be aware of standing water and debris.
